Electricity Express does not rest after the initial sign-up. We implemented client service satisfaction policies which make us stand out. After the initial call, if any questions or concerns come up, the customer service department will take a step further and take the time to explain any and all details. This applies to promotions, billing, or any other matter. We understand that prepay power works differently than the traditional paper bill or statement which you can ask for to be sent to you via email and still we need to make sure that our customers are up to date with the BETTER WAY prepaid services work (paperless billing via text message).
